Student Preliminary Application Form

Any student who is qualified to attend an Ohio public school to enter a K-5 grade level at the start of the next school year is eligible to apply to NEOCA on a first come, first served basis. Whenever the number of applicants exceeds the spaces available in a particular grade level, Ohio Law requires that students be selected for enrollment by lottery. The lottery results place children in order for possible enrollment into the school and a waitlist is formed.
