NEOCA is in the process of filing an Application for Recognition of Exemption Under Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code. Therefore, please note that any donations will not be tax-deductible unless and until NEOCA’s Application is approved by the IRS. If NEOCA’s Application is approved, then donations may become deductible going forward of the date of the Exemption Determination Letter as well as retroactively to September 29, 2021. Thank you!
