General Information
Northeast Ohio Classical Academy (NEOCA) is an American classical, public, charter school.
Upon our planned opening in September of 2024 for the ‘24/’25 school year, NEOCA will be a Kindergarten through Fifth (5th) grade (or K-5) elementary school, operating two (2) classes per grade level (twelve (12) classrooms total), and a student body total of 300 students. To ensure teacher effectiveness and maximum learning benefit for the students, each classroom will be limited to twenty-five (25) students per class.
NEOCA highly recommends that all parents and legal guardians wanting to enroll their students in NEOCA join our email list to stay informed and up to date regarding all NEOCA activities and announcements. We will be announcing important enrollment information via our email bulletins as soon as possible. Application and waitlist
Applicants will be accepted to NEOCA on a first come, first served basis. Whenever the number of applicants exceeds the spaces available in a particular grade level, Ohio Law requires that students be selected for enrollment by lottery. The lottery results place children in order for possible enrollment into the school, and a waitlist is formed.
Enrollment
The first step in the enrollment process is to fill out NEOCA’s Application for Enrollment Form. Our official form for that process is not yet available. Until that time, please fill out the Preliminary Application Form. This will enter the student in the lottery, if necessary. Siblings entered on the Preliminary Application form will also be added to the lottery.
