Elizabeth Altman is NEOCA’s front desk receptionist and Vice President of the PTO. She is a wife and the mother to two adult children. While raising her children she worked extensively in her children’s schools volunteering and eventually becoming the president of the PTA and working on PTA Council. She was a Girl Scout troop leader for thirteen years and has run pancake breakfasts for the Boy Scouts. Currently outside of working at our school and with PTO she is on Parish Counsel for her church and assists with Fish Frys and other festivals held there.
