Steps for transferring securities:

1. Contact your broker and fill out the necessary securities donation form.
2. Information for the school’s broker that will process the donation is below:

3. Donor’s broker should complete the transfer, and provide confirmation receipt.
4. Complete the online form “Appreciated Securities Notification Form” or print out the form and email or mail it to NEOCA Board President Robert Anthony.
5. Donor will receive a thank you letter, once the donation has been processed and recorded, in order to report on your annual tax return.
